Bachelor, Master or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Operations Research, or related discipline with a focus on optimization modeling and programming.
Solid operations research knowledge/courses, especially Linear Programming LP, Mixed Integer Programming MIP, constraint programming, etc.
Knowledge/courses in database management systems, such as SQL Server.
Willing to commit to 6-9 months of internship.
